2024 was a good year!
In addition to a number of public speaking and workshop opportunities, it was an honor to provide consultations for a variety of podcasters and companies.
Through Philo’s Future Media, we were able to provided production services to The Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership (Beyond Voting) and Interfaith America (Faith in Elections) .
We were also very proud to be able to provide sustained editorial support to independent podcasts like Marisfication and The Best Friend Divorce.
To top it off, my colleagues and I were awarded The Legend Award from The Black Podcasting Awards and selected by professional independent colleagues within The Black Podcasters Association and were celebrated at Afros and Audio Podcast Festival in Baltimore, MD.

I’ve focused my 18 years of experience from independent production to corporate executive producing, and on-air work on Philo’s Future Media. PFM is my boutique audio house (named after my grandmother <3) where we approach projects and ideas with a sense of adventure and joy.

With 7 years on NYC weekly broadcast radio, 6 years of live streaming radio hosting 3 times a week, a variety of guest spots, and current reporting for NPR Lifekit; I pride myself in being curious, asking questions that lead to mutual understanding and deep conversation, love to break down concepts, and make people laugh.

There’s nothing like the bubbling energy of a room filled with people anticipating the next part of your program, the next question, the next…moment.
Without someone to harness that energy and move the conversation or program along your event can fall flat. A facilitator with poise, skilled at crowd control, that takes great pains to study your event down to saying your guests name correctly can make a world of difference.
As a live event host, I take pride in being able to guide attendees through a program, setting you up for success. As a workshop facilitator I love breaking down concepts and having interactive conversations that get the wheels turning.
